LAS BRASAS is your go-to for full-service event planning. We are catering and entertainment specialists with a strong emphasis on authentic Peruvian. Whether you need a fully-catered party, wedding or luncheon, anything else you're brewing up in your head, we can make it happen!

Service Options

We recommend at least a 48-hour notice for preparation for all full-service catering orders.
Due to the high dine in volume, your catering request cannot be guaranteed without confirmation from our catering team.

Pick-Up

Your order will be hot and ready for pick-up at your convenience. This service includes catering-quality paper goods, utensils and serving utensils. No minimum required.

Delivery

This service includes catering-quality paper goods, utensils and serving utensils. All food is delivered in disposable aluminum pans. Disposable chafing dishes and fuel are available for an extra charge.

Full-Service Catering

This service includes a professional staff, set-up and all equipment for buffet service or family-style service, including catering-quality paper goods, utensils and condiments. Full-service is an additional $2/guest and $150/server.
